We will have 4, 3 hour workshops covering intermediate poses. You must be working on balancing in Sirsasana without the feet touching the wall, have a regular practice of standing poses, a 5-8 minute practice of Sarvangasana, and be working on holding Adho Mukha Svanasana for 5 minutes. Urdva Dhanurasana and Dwi pada Vipariti Dandasana will be introduced without support along with more difficult forward bends, twists, and Inversion variations. You must be without severe injuries. Price is $65 per workshop ($60 IYAMW members), or $210 for all 4 ($200 IYAMW members).
