I offer 12- 3 hour courses this year. The 12 week courses are divided into three levels. Each level consists of 4 of the 3 hour courses. The course modules are aimed towards progressing your practice. Because each class is 3 hours, the time is spent focusing on particular categories of poses so that the body and mind develop familiarity and ease. The first 4 courses focus on the Beginning level track student. The second 4 courses focus on the Continuing Level track student. The third 4 courses focus on the Intermediate track student. The schedule is organized so that Beginners who take the course and practice may be able to progress to the Continuing level, and the Continuing to the Intermediate level. Permission is required to attend these workshops.
